A mate of mine is planning to sell his Canon remote shutter release RS60-E3 as he has moved on to EOS 5D.

I am not sure if this accessory is useful for my 350D and where.

Can someone please put in some words of advise as it's going for 12 quids?

Many thanks in advance.

I gave mine away free to someone on here.... I found it only worked from the front of the camera.... ok for self portraits...but not as good as the normal remote release for me.

Hi Janice, I saw the picture he has sent me and it's got a cable to be stuck in the camera. I think the word remote got you thinking it's the one you mentioned in the advice.

Ah Im sorry! Yes a remote release is a must...slow shutter speeds on a tripod can still move when you press the shutter, so go for it!!

Essential if your are shooting at night over 30 secs really.

12 quid - a bit steep, bought mine new for 17.

Bought mine new for £7 but it wasnt Canon but so what!

Hey Janice, 7 sounds like a nice number :D Where did U buy yours from?

E Bay of course. PM for you.
