Canon R6 audio query

Recently I videoed a friends pub band

I was processing the video in Cyberlink Powedirector, and wanted to add a fade using the inbuilt Audio Director - it all worked well

My query however is the music track showed as 2 separate tracks in the software, however the graphs of them (not sure of the proper term) were different, anyone know why this would be and can it be changed

R6 has build in stereo mic so is it as simple as left and right channel and it’s normal they are different.
