How does it compare with the EF 1.4?

I never used the EF 1.4 so I wouldn't be able to say.

Quick from Panamoz, R3 arriving Friday apparently
Just received an email from Panamoz with a different tracking number, so looks like this is 85mm 1.2 from E-Infinity, I'd be amazed if they get it here that quick, unless they already had it in the Uk somewhere

I was just writing when you altered this, 1.6kg seemed a bit light for a R3 and all the accessories.

Be interesting to hear your thoughts on the R3. Looks like a beast of a camera. I have a Z9 on pre-order but I keep considering switching and the R3 at 24mpx is slightly more attractive than 45mpix

The R3 arrived today, ordered at 8pm on 7th December and was at my doorstep less than 6 day later, great service again from Panamoz.
Probably won't get to use it until Saturday but I can't believe how light it is.

That's one good looking camera. Congrats!

One thing I love about the new Canon's is the AF-On button with the direction sensor, so cool, so simple, yet so brilliantly useful!

I’m sure you’ll have plenty of fun using it. I am extremely jealous as I have no idea when I’ receive mine.
