I hope someone can help me. This morning, as I was printing, the printer would not print and told me to switch off and call a service agent. This is the second time in a month and I repeated the thing I did last time. ie switch off and start again and cross my fingers. I had to change one cartridge out. The printer did print again but the colours were off in a way they haven't been before; I get my ICC profiles done by Fotospeed [who are in the middle of moving to new premises. I checked my calibration was ok - did it only 2 days ago and the spider confirmed it was ok - I also ran the check that the heads were clear yesterday and no drama there..
Does anybody have any experience of this? We are away soon and this is going to poke at me if I can't get it sussed or at least have a plan for when I get back.
