Just picked up a secondhand Pro 10, still had the initial set of inks in it with enough left for all the cleaning processes.
Fortunately came a with a complete set of new ones too, so replaced the lot to start afresh.
Connected easily with wifi using the wps button on the router, came with paperwork, but the cd's had been misplaced.
Downloaded the software I wanted and tried a small print for starters, can see this printing lark becoming a bit addictive and costly too i'm sure
Excellent quality and no doubt potential for much better with a few adjustments here and there.
Looks like my monitor calibration is pretty good, maybe needs the brightness down a notch or two
Now for some paper, will probably start with Canon although I do have an A4 test pack of Permajet
Quite a bit to learn, but sure there will be plenty of grotty winter days for that
Just seen I have contributed to this thread a few pages back, shows how strong my resolve is
Tried to justify getting one of the 199 quid A3 printers, but just didn't have the space or need for it. Hardly ever print above A4 and for those rare occasions its economical to get it done online
