Canon PowerShot SX120 IS? Fuji FinePix S2000HD?

I'm in the market for a new camera, and I've narrowed it down to two, the PowerShot SX120 IS and the FinePix S2000HD. I want a camera that I can adjust manually, with a good optical zoom, at least 10 MP, and under $250 or $300 (dSLR just isn't in the budget for a few more years). I've read dozens of customer reviews and professional reviews on each, but I'm still not sure, so I wanted to come here to see what you all might say. Does anyone have any experience with either of these cameras? Any information would be so great. Thanks!

Don't know either camera but the Canon will fit in a jacket pocket better. The Fuji when zooming in video mode is noisy.
