Have you got petapixel on Twitter as well Mark 'cos that's how I just found out about it... I can see the Canon guys being bombarded with demands for one over the next week or so! ;)

I would love one, however I have a habit of keeping my 70-200 on my desk.. where i keep cups. I can see a fault here!

But its better then the other canon giveaways ive seen/got. Think was world cup 94, canon branded bull clips!!! (euro 96/france 98 got a load of kl stuff though).

Just smash out the glass on any Canon lens and use that - it's all they're good for anyway...

I was thinking about trying bribery... "Please can I have one of those Canon mugs or I'm going to switch to N*k*n". ;)

They were only handed out to a few people at the Olympics. Having only moved over the Nikon a few months ago, I didn't think my AFP ID would win me any favours so I didn't even try asking for one! I DID get one of the Ltd. Ed. Lowepro Flipside 500 AW Nikon NPS bags though that will be going on ebay very shortly if anyone's interested though!

nah, the weather sealing won't be anywhere near good enough to keep the coffee in ;)

That's brilliant.Do you think if enough people bombarded Canon with requests for one they might start producing 'em for the millions of Canon lovers- sure it would be a huge seller.
