Been searching for a used DSLR but came across this in my local electrical store,checked out reviews some good some bad,would i get a better deal buying
something used,getting more confused the more i look ,any advice appreciated.

Personally I wouldn't bother with the 75-300 lens, it's an old lens and of reasonable quality, for a little more, you can get the Canon 55-250IS, which for the price is a cracker of a lens.

Personally I wouldn't bother with the 75-300 lens, it's an old lens and of reasonable quality, for a little more, you can get the Canon 55-250IS, which for the price is a cracker of a lens.

Yes, what I meant was the 18-55 lens that comes with the body - the offer you've seen is the lens the IS version or not ?

Had a look on the shops website, doesnt say anything about the lens being the IS version,not good i presume. :shrug::shrug:

Worth checking out. The IS version of the 18-55 is worth getting ...
