Perhaps not as it's meant to be light-hearted so would a mod please move if this is the wrong section.
A lot of people (including me) follow these forums for initial advice when it comes to our first DSLR purchase.
As a lot of use are Canon and Nikon owners (nothing personal Sony users!), quite a few new people to the forums tend to post that they've bought either a Canon or Nikon DSLR.
I think we should get both companies to look at these forums then persuade them into giving us shares considering the amount of sales they get via the forum.
Either that or some free lenses (I think L glass and the Nikon equivalents would be pushing it though).
I'll start the ball rolling by saying, how about a 580 EX MK II Speedlite Flash Gun please Canon or perhaps a 100mm Macro lens
