Canon lens mugs - where to buy?

As per title really... Where's the best place to buy the Canon lens mugs? I'm after the 70-200 f/2.8 version preferably. Seen plenty online but there seems to be a lot of rubbish out there, so just wondering if there's any reputable places to buy.

Blimey, just attach a couple of bits of old glass (a jam-jar bottom for the front element might do) & hey presto, a cheaper canon lens!
