looking on e bay for bargain lenses and come across this thought it was a neat idea

But with a bit of knowhow, it would be easy to do.
But I don't think £40 is a lot to pay for this?

Wasn't the mug a photoshop image though?

I used to make all manner of stuff out of used bike components and car parts... I've often thought of making stuff out of camera gear but the initial outlay is so high - even busted stuff goes for silly money on ebay

The mug was a bit of photoshop fakery, this looks real. Pity it's Canon, if it was a Nikon one I'd have had a bid :nuts:

If it had been a Nikon one it would have been a lot more expensive anyway. Canon owners tend to be cheapskates

Nikon don't use Canon glass - you only get get that in camera lenses.....and photocopiers
