Canon G15 and filters

I have given into the constant earbashing I get when we go away and I have the usual bag with my 5D and assortment of filters etc. Result a G15 easier carried but I would still like the option to use something similar to the 77mm lee adapter ring and filter set I use when away wife free. Does anyone know if it is possible to use a similar set of filters on a g15 and what is necessary to do this.

Lens adapter available from canon
Lots on copies on ebay search for G15 lens adapter. G12 adapter will not fit G15 apparently

FA-DC58D is the canon part number - from the manual.

Thanks I had a look at the lens adapter for screw on filters such as uv or polarising filter. I was hoping for an adapter to use ND or Grad ND filters similar to the Lee systems.

Hi just bumping this thread. I also own a G15 (first camera, bought for convenience when travelling) - and I've taken to photography a lot since buying it.
I want to be able to use different filters and even play about with different lenses.How much flexibility does fitting a lens adaptor to a point and shoot offer?
And will a cheap ebay one like this do the job? (compared to canons official LA-DC58L)
