canon flash off camera lead

Hi all,

I'm looking for a long off camera lead (uncoiled version), so i can allow the use of the menus on camera to talk to the flash unit. I have a short coiled version which is not a lot of use.

I also have the cheap infra red set but using those i will still need to do the settings through the flash unit itself.

I understand its easier to set them up through my camera menu if i have the lead.

Lastolite do those - what camera are you using? What flash unit?

Cut the short and curly one you already have and splice some cat5 cable into it.

Use male/female and male/female and you can lengthen and shorten at will.
