Canon EOS 7D Mk. II?

Hopefully by mid February we should all know , really is frustrating , waiting too buy a new camera and struggling too not impulse buy .:nailbiting:
 
Apparently, the source is not reliable, it does say, "Announced March 2013" :(
 
I've been holding out on a upgrade for 12months now as there's so many rumors for a 7d mark2 but I take them with a pinch of salt now. I'll believe it when I see it. Hopefully will be this year though.
 
A rumour site quoting specs that make it not as good as it's predecessor. I have to say I've never seen on of those before.

That's just nuts, clearly Canon know what made the 7d attractive, and what it's weaknesses are. So that'll be fixed (hopefully) in the mkII.

2 card slots

expected (just because its newer)
more mp
better movie mode
improved AF

and maybe the built in WiFi from the 6d / 70d and the hybrid AF from the 70d as long as we can still have improved IQ.
 
I have heard 2 rumours now first there won't be a mk2 and second says Feb 2014.

So who knows but its been a long time coming and there are other models out there now that fills that space
