Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS

I bought this lens from digigood off ebay just before christmas, they`ve got it now for £122.90. It was in a white box though which i know makes a diffrence to some people but i was a lot more intrested in the price.
 
Don't forget the £10 delivery charge. There are 2 other differences though, there’s no manufacture warranty which can cause problems if the lens is an import as well as a white box item. I don’t know if they supply a VAT receipt now, I didn’t get one for my 24-105mm last year. The warranty situation is better with an “L”, they have international Canon warranty.

Only £18 difference after delivery charge is included, next cheapest UK retail price is around £175.
 
At the time i was buying 3 lens so they charged £20 in total which knocked it down a little and the combined price for all 3 was much cheaper than i could of got else where.

To be fair though i think amazon was charging more at the time and if i had been just getting the one lens i would of been tempted as ive heard a lot of good things about amazon when it comes to replacing lens.

Does make me wonder why some people pay the £200+ price some shops charge for it.
