CANON EF 28-80mm f/3.5-5.6 MARK II USM ULTRASONIC ZOOM LENS

I am seriously considering purchasing this as my second lens Any Feedback on this lens? Is it a lens worth owning?

I currently only have a 18-55 (non IS) kit lens

Any Feedback ?)

It's an old kit lens - some thoughts on it here. Personally I'd look at an IS 18-55 or, if it is within reach, a 28-135 IS which is surprisingly good (IMO) (a review here). One recently sold on here for about £130 IIRC.

Not really sure what that 28-80mm will offer you over your kit lens apart from a few extra mm at the long end.

Optically, this lens is pretty poor and build quality is little different to the kit lens you have. The lens was released in 1995 replacing the far superior mk1 USM version of the lens.

Save your money, maybe upgrade your non IS kit lens to the IS version instead. You will get IS and a sharper lens to work with if you do.
