Hi all,

When registering for Canon cashback online, do you receive a confirmation e-mail? (would welcome as much feedback as possible). Has anyone who has registered online on here not received one? What operating system / browser were you using?

I got an email 5 weeks ago, I submitted my evidence 3 times before it was accepted too, I still don't have my cashback, there is a thread in the shopping, suppliers section, I'm on my phone or I'd link you
 
Yup - got a confirmation e-mail + 1 saying it had been approved - still no cash in the account yet ! BTW It was via a Win7 / IE 9

I can't comment on the recent cashback offer, but I did apply for the winter one. I decided to apply by post, sending my application recorded delivery. My email acknowledgement was received within about 10 days and the cheque followed within the month.

I know there were other forum members who applied at the same time as me for cashback on the Argos 7D kit offer and they waited much longer for their money. At the time it appeared that Canon were processing manual claims quicker than the internet applications. OK, I had to go to the bank and pay the cheque in, but that wasn't a problem, time is something I have plenty of.:D
 
Mine also says tomorrow so fingers crossed, although it says paid already
 
Yes did mine online had conformation email back, had to upload photo's of my purchase plus the box plus serial number and receipt only then was it accepted, got my lens from focus on imaging, only just got my cheque this week... im happy ive got my money back but its taken an age

I too submitted a claim for £80 a couple of weeks ago. Almost immediately got an email confirming receipt, then shortly after, I got a second one saying it had been approved. Then a third one a couple of days ago telling me it would be delayed. It says due for payout in a week so we shall see what happens. I requested bank transfer.

I have had a cheque about 4 years or so ago when I bought my first 450D. Took that long to come I had forgotten about it by the time it arrived!
