Canon Body Number/Serial number - help!

Just trying to sort out my Canon cashback, and the form asks for a Body Number. Can someone verify that the body/serial number on the camera is the same as the number at the top of the upper most barcode on the box?

The body number will be on the base of the camera and on my box matches the number under the 1st barcode. The number under the 2nd barcode matches the lens.

I have a 40D (thanks Kerso) and it comes with 2 different lens options, although I only bought the body.
