Canon 85mm 1.8 out of focus issue

Hello everybody.
I have Canon 85mm 1.8 and yestarday shot with him, however, I noticed that the focus is not very accurate
Is it possible to be confused camera because it is focused on the most light place? I shot in the face, but the focus its little behind.
The subject is around 2.5m-3m
1Ds Mark2, f/2.2, 1/250, ISO 125

Try micro adjusting it. Needs to be done on occasion to get lens and camera at their optimum settings. That's provided it is actually a focus problem and not some other factor. Settings look alright tho.
