How do people find these two compare, particularly for small fast moving things like birds?
 
For out and out autofocus speed the 7DII wins every time for me, for high ISO, IQ and better tech the 90 is more advanced.

Personally I like to do wildlife and esp bif so I bought a 7DII and was very happy with it.

Until I tried a R5. .....
 
I would like to buy a R6 but I don't really think I can justify it.
