Has anyone had dealings with Canonshoponline, they have a 7D body at £749-00
Just wondering if there are any catches

Why take the risk when for only £2 more you can have one delivered from a tried and tested importer here
 
Hmmm I missed the free delivery, and also the 3% discount offered by them at the bottom of the page...but i would still buy from Panamoz;)

there seems to be a few of these on line retailers selling 7d's at sepcial prices
is there a glut in the far east
are canon disposing of the stock may be the 7d mk2 is on it's way
I would be wary of buying from anyone bar panamoz, DR Hdew or flash camera due to the possibility of being landed with the import vat that we are supposed to pay

panamoz and dr state quite clearly they will cover any additional import charges

And that is the killer blow for that price.

That statement is true and a statement of fact no matter which importer we purchase from
