Hi just got my self a 7D and just wondering if it's best to change the factory settings. Anyone got any advice

Depends what your using it for
One thing i changed right away was ai servo tracking sensitivity to slow, fast was incredibly jittery tracking anything

As said it depends on what you are shooting, sit down and read the manual a few times, then change it to suit your subject and style of shooting. It is a great camera.
