I have been offered a mint Canon 7d with a 18-55 kit lens for £650. Is this a good deal?

They go in classified from 750-850 depending on shutter count and condition body only

could be the seller just needs cash quick for some reason or other.

For me as long as it works and you are happy with the condition of it and it comes with charger and manual etc(this would go to say its maybe not nicked) then go for it

She's a beauty- and hasn't fallen apart to reveal a compact inside yet- so that's a good sign! :)

(Sorry, my predatory capitalist side comes out from time to time. I blame the fact my prime years were in the 80s...)

Nice way to get into photography, though I betcha don't get everything you buy at such a knock down price. If you catch the L bug you (or your bank account) may be doomed forever lol.
