Which in no way could be considered the precursor to the 40d, so not a good comparison, by that logic the 40d should also have had better weather sealing and focussing and frame rate?

And people did complain about the weather sealing, focussing and frame rate of the 40D. But not a soul complained about the lack of MFA.

Don't be so daft, I quoted post 19 which specifically stated the chap had focussing problems with his 60D

I upgraded from a 450D to a 50D and blown away by it. Suits me and it was 2nd hand. Still, i am seriously considering selling it and going into 4 3rds. I like how they feel etc.

7d is a great allrounder, I've used it for portraits, landscapes, horse riding action shots and I've been very happy with it indeed
