Canon 70-200 L 2.8 lens

hi all

i have just bought a 70-300L and can say well pleased with it
even though its F4-5.6 its in a word WOW.

the foucus and IS are spot on its as sharp as my 400L 5.6

i toyed with the 70-200 mk2 but the price was a bit to much for me
i do lowfly and wildlife and am sure this lens will get used a lot

How long it took to recive

I'd love some samples of the 70-200 II cropping the photos compared to using a 2x TC. I actually have a 1.4x TC which I like but wouldn't mind a 2x too.

I know the 70-200 IS version 1 wasn't suppose to be good with the 2x, but the mark II is a sharp *******

If I get the chance, I'll sort something out for you later on. :)

It wasn't the greatest afternoon for photographing red kites but this should give you an idea of how well the 70-200 II and the 2xMKIII converter work together...

This is an 800x533 pixel crop from the original image so it's at 100%.
