Hi All,

Does anyone know where I can purchase the 5D Mk II or the 5D Mk II plus the 17-40L at its cheapest?

Ive l;ooked on a few sites and the general costs seems to be £1,800 or £2,350 respectively for the above noted packages.

Anyone kow where I can source these cheaper? Anyone doing good deals at the mo?

looking for this kit as well, more a question of who has stock, warehouse express has 16 of the kit bundle on back order and no idea of when they will get any.
 
I know Wilkinson's in Kendal have a 5D MkII with the 24 - 105 lens because I nearly bought it on Thursday.

Bodies only are about as common as hens' teeth at the moment I think.
 
Kerso, kerso, kerso! Unbelievable service, I've had mine 2 weeks now. He beat the lowest price you are quoting above and he has stock. Can't recommend him & his sister enough.

Do you know how much is import duty to the UK? B&H in NY would be your cheapest option if it isn't too much...

That approach rarely works. 6.7% duty on lenses (not on cameras) and 20% VAT on top.
 
Newly new one for sale in the canon ads section........(not mine - just saying).

I spent a good amount of money with kerso on lenses. When I move to 5d mk2 I will buy from Kerso. His prices are fab and he is prompt.
 
I bought that combination from Kerso in December. Would definitely recommend him. Was cheaper than anywhere else and very quick delivery.
