Yes
I want to buy the Canon 580EX II from amazon.uk which goes for £360 and noticed that two other stores (fulfilled by amazon) are selling them for £320.
I usually buy from amazon exclusively to avoid any hassle but £40 is a substantial saving, at least to me.

My concern is with the warranty. Can Canon refuse me service if they don't approve of the vendor even if it's new UK stock and not a grey import:help:

Every time I have called Canon support the first question they ask is where I bought the camera in question so I'm concerned.

I have been saving money for quite some time so £40 makes a difference.

Kerso (Ian) on the 'trader sales' thread has this for 299+10 postage :)

Kerso's stuff comes from the US but I understand he claims there's no problem with warranties. Drop him a PM and query it with him?
