Yes
I've been using my flash quite a lot more lately and I would just like to rant about the poor controls on the speedlilte! Does anyone else feel that the design of the controls on the rear are quite fiddly and annoying?! Each time I want to dial the flash down when in a rush it takes awhile and the buttons I find are really small. I find it very frustrating!

Just wanted to let off some stream really!

You can control the 430EX II from the 7D camera menus which may be easier for you?

Yeah see above, I think my hands are just too big! Damm it! Looks like the 530 has a small dial which would be far easier to use!

Oh right didnt know they didnt have a dedicated button

I struggle with my 430 but fortunately I have flash exposure button handy on camera

I agree. Those little buttons are almost unusable.

I just wish it had the same light meter information as the Nikons flashes....put you Aperture and ISO in & bam...you have your Correct distance to subject... Not sure if the 580exii has this.....
