Canon 420ex Speedlite

Hi there!

I was just wondering if i could have a bit of ! My Dad has just bought a new Canon camera from a friend which has come with a Canon 420ex speedlite. However, my Dad doesn't really require the speedlite and would like to sell it to a friend of mine who would like it. The only problem is that neither of us knows how much it is worth! Does anyone know?

It is literally just the Canon 420ex Speedlite in a Canon sleeve.

I'd have said around £100 or so would be reasonable, assuming it's working fine of course.

Well I just had a quck look on eBay for completed listings of the 420 EX and came up with...

7th March £114
4th March £106
4th March £119
28th February £84
22nd February £104

so I'd say £100 or so isn't that far off.
