Canon 380EX FLASHGUN

Would the Canon 380EX work ok with my 40D , i dont want anything fancy i would just set my camera to P mode for taking the grand children indoors thank you

Mine does! OK, it's not got all the bells and whistles of the 580 etc, but it does the job, and does it well!
I don't use it that often though, more into landscape, birds etc.
