Can anyone recommend a good safe case (at reasonable cost) for a Canon 300mm f2.8 is lens please? In an ideal world, one that would also be able to hold a monopod. Thanks....
 
Trifibre stock a large range of cases, measure the lens and monopod layed out allowing for a bit of padding, then you should be able to search for a suitable case.

Thank you for the this recommendation. These cases might be a but bigger and bulkier than I had been thinking of.
