Canon 24-105L or Canon 15-85

Too late for the OP now I guess but I had the 24-105mm as the perfect walk-round lens for a 5D but of course it wasn't wide enough on the 7D.

Didn't want to part with the 24-105mm and so to solve my particular dilemma I bought a 10-22mm for the 7D and am amazed at just how wide it goes!

Always intended to stay full-frame so could never sell the 24-105 in favour of another lens.

Just gone from my 40D to a 5D Mk3 and from the 15-85mm to 24-105mm f/4L. The 15-85mm is a lovely lens and I can see why people say the IS is if anything better than in the 24-105mm. Listed mine up in the classifieds as I've no use for it now and need a motorsport lens.
