Canon 1ds Mark II

what a cheeky sod trying to fob you off with some 'low shutter/good condition' story...sorry to hear it didn't work out. next time eh!

Sorry to hear that Neil - still, sounds like you're better off without it.

Cheers - I agree.
I'm sure there was a year or so left in the shutter but the condition was awful.
Definately pro-used and looked as if it had been around the clock and back again :)

As soon as I pulled out the lappy with the software above, I think he started sweating :)

Desperately want a full frame but will hold out for the 5d relacement if needbe.

Hard luck, but at least now you'll have time to watch the rugby instead of playing with a new toy, hate to rub it in but my new 1Ds mk 3 arrives today:clap::clap: suspect playing with that will be more fruitful than watching Scotland.....:bang:

Hope you get something soon.

Sorry to hear that mate, but good on you for walking away. Hope the conning scumbag doesn't off load to someone less savvy!!

God certainly did :)

I had a massive problem watching the Ireland / Scotland game - couldn't work out who i wanted to lose the most!!

Wales look all set for the title

I am in Heaven and mourning at the same time.....1Ds mk 3 for the former, but the rugby....... any way, well done Wales!!

I think the 1Ds MK3 should mask just about any rugby performance, George!! How you getting on with it?

Jon - That link worked wonders, thanks again for that. He has subsequently emailed me, apologising ! Hope he'll learn from it....
Just a small hangover :)
Fair play to England, rolling over the French in Paris is no mean feat. If we win in Dubbers, there's only one outcome.

But that is one huge ask! I'll be there for it and hope to have an ever bigger hangover :)

Well, fair play to the boys in red - should be a great game to be at the Croke for ;) I grudgingly have to admit you may deserve it :bang:
