Canon 1D Mark III, Main info screen problem

Just bought a 1D Mark III and everything works and its fine, apart from the main info screen where you can change the shutter, aperture etc. When I press the info button it goes to picture style and then when i press it again it just a blank black screen. I know I can change the settings on the top screen but would rather have the option on the main lcd screen as well.

Anyone know any idea on how to fix this?
