The ISO settings, i can't seem to get the iso below 200 even by using the camera manual and also the zeros are small and not large zeros can anyone help??
 
If i remember from my brief play with them isnt it something to do with auto iso or preserve highlights.

not 100% sure - some 1dmk3 person will be along soon.

i set that up fro rugby on sunday and thats when i noticed the iso setting had changed, i'll go and have a look 5 mins
