Cannot access Flickr or Yahoo Mail

I have installed a new Norton utilities / firewall / virus checker. Suddenly I cannot access my Flckr (Pro Account with 1000's of pictures) nor my yahoo mail. I have tried turning off firewall. I have tried the password finder but it asks me security questions I have never heard of now it has locked out. All the contact seems to be online and no where I can see where you can even send them an email. There are no phone helplines at all as far as I can see.

Please help if ypou know anything I am at a loss to know what to do.

Well, if it was me, I would uninstall Norton ASAP.

Plenty of free stuff on the web, Comodo, Avast etc. etc.
 
Do a system restore prior to installing Norton.
 
Uninstall norton and put the cd in the microwave and take some photos :D
