I have a Nikon D3200 Camera,Is there a way to wirelessly upload new photos too my IMac?through some type of a adapter etc?

There's also the Nikon 27081 WU-1a adapter which lets you connect to computers and smart devices but I can't attest to its abilities as I've never used it.
 
Camranger will let you do that. Plugs into camera's USB socket. Don't know if it will work with your camera as it's not on the compatibility list. Although it suggests for some cameras disabling the screen preview option may work You'll need to contact Camranger about that. The other question is £289 worth it for that facility? I'd opt for a Wi-Fi card, although I didn't have much luck with them when i used one several years ago. However they may have improved since then
