Can you help with re-creating this image?

Any ideas how this image could have possibly been created. Lighting, any effects, possibly photoshop - would like my own version for copyright reasons.

That is not a picture that came out of a camera. It is from a 3D rendering program like Cinema 4D.

If you're just recreating this image, then it's not going to help you with getting around copyright.

You could re-create it fairly easily (paint some old type bulbs and some lighting etc), but as James says it won't solve the copyright issues.

Assuming the OP was not creating an exact copy of the image why would this create copyright issues?

Photograph the back ground with the painted bulbs leaving the space free for the center lighted bulb.

remove background bulbs, place center bulb, take shot.

Merge the two images in photoshop or similar software.

Assuming the OP was not creating an exact copy of the image why would this create copyright issues?

There was a recent case where a similar style of picture to another was found guilty of breaching copyright (there was a thread on here if I remember rightly) So trying to re-create this image (the thread title) might make it a bit dodgy.
