Can you get a hot shoe adaptor?

I was wondering if you can get a hot shoe adaptor. I wanted one for my Bronica so i could run a pocketwizard off it.

I noticed amazon do something like this...

that seems to fit the bill but im not sure if the whole idea would work.

Don't see why not. But could you not mount it in the cold shoe of a grip and connect the pocket wizard with a lead?

whats a cold shoe?

The Bronny only has a PC sync cable socket.

Connect the pocket wizard via a lead to the pc sync socket. A cold shoe is like a hot shoe except it does not have a hot connection. I just realised my grip for the bronica etrsi provides a hot shoe and not a cold shoe and fires the flash no problems.

ahh , got you i dont have the grip though, i didnt realise the trigger would just have the cable socket too, didnt think of that, cheers.
