Yes
I've had an offer for something via Gumtree that I've listed on ebay and was wondering whether I can pull it without fees? It ends tomorrow at 10pm.

If you've got more than 24 hours to go then yes, you will only have been charged listing fees you'll pay no final value fees.

yes easiest way is via a i-pad though

It is an auction and has loads of bids. It's actually Saturday at 10.30 it ends.

yes you can jsut use the end my auction early and choose cancel all bids.
choose the option "the item is no longer availabe"

but you need to do it more than 24 hours before it ends or then you cannot.

I've done it now so I'll wait and see whether I get charged. It was at 300 odd quid so probably 40 pound at most.

Did you use the cancel.all bids and the item.is not available?

Yes mate. I followed the instruction someone gave me in the community forum. Still don't know if I'll be charged. Not sure whether they tell me or just take the money from my account.

IIRC they tell you there and then if there is a fee, it's only happened once to me and I can't remember the exact circumstances.

you only get charged if you select option to sell to the current highest bidder, then it is a sale.

Agreed, there is no FVF charge if ended with more than 12 hours to go and you end the auction as no longer available and cancel all bids. I've done it a number of times over the last 14 or so years and never been charged for doing so.
