A number of compacts can (and of course the iPhone 4 with the upgrade), but when it comes to in camera HDR for a DSLR I think that you are right.
Pentax K-x, K-7 and the new K-r/K-5 models can .. also I think a couple of Sony cameras are able.
Believe the new Nikon D7000 might as well.
