my first kiddy shoot and its went terrible :(

this is the sort of images i was getting,

is there any way i can save these images and make the look ok ish

Doubt much will be able to be saved as you have blown all the detail away. Will have a quick go to see.

How did you manage to have them so blown?
 
You can get back a lot of that shot except the forehead, just tried it, but it's still looking high key. B&W conversion might help you out a bit as well.
 
I would forget the colour. greyscale and add an arty effect IMHO
 
Same result as Dod. Black and White didnt look to bad. You want me to post the results?

What mode was you shooting in? Dont think you had it set to manual which would result in them coming out like this.
 
Black fuzz is because you had the shutter set to fast.

Just looked at your exif and you were shooting in AV Mode for this shot.

You cant do this when shooting in the studio. In Av mode your camera takes a light reading from the light in the room and sets the shutter to correctly expose it. When you fire the flash the camera doesnt know about this light and this is where everything is blown out.

You need to shoot in Manual. If you dont have a flash meter set you camera to these settings.

ISO 100
Apeture F8-F11
Shutter Maximum X-Sync Speed (around 1/125)

You can then adjust the Apeture till your happy or turn the lights up or down.

Also use the Histogram on your camera.
