As you look at the front of the bumper, at the bottom, inbetween where the fog lights would be, is a grille. ie, NOT the chrome oval grille up top.
behind the grille is a pipe which is about a foot and a half long which bends back on itself and goes across the top of it. The top half has fins on it, bit like the pic below.
Any idea what it is as its leaking from one of the joints ?
