Can anyone tell me what lens mount this is?

Hey,

Bought this lens a while back for peanuts as the seller didnt know what mount it was, unfortunately it doesnt fit my sony/minolta mount.

Just wondering if anyone knows what it is? So i can sell it on.

That could be good news, its not a Nikon or Minolta so thats quite likely.

Its a SIGMA APO 75-300mm 1:4-5.6

I think you're wrong guys, I'd put my money on a Pentax or Sigma mount. The locking pin hole is on the wrong side for an EF (EOS) mount.

Bob you may just be right there. I've just had a look at all my Canon stuff and it seems like the locking hole is miles away from where it is on my kit.

The other ting I noticed is that although it has the 5 contacts the same as Canon it should have a longer contact where the two pins are together.

We dont have the contacts in that position and there doesn't seem to be an aperture lever.

A penny on Pentax and more on Sigma ....it's certainly not Canon though.
