Can anyone save this old photo

Below is a 37 yr old photo of my daughter (3 yrs old at the time) and me on holiday, she now has kids of her own. She surprised me with this photo that she wants to get it printed and put in a frame and hang it in her newly decorated house, she asked me if I could do anything to tidy the photo up as you will notice a white haze on my brown cardy ...well they were fashionable back then LOL
Unfortunately my skills are not good enough to remove the marks from the brown cardy and the tree in the background. If anyone could have a go at cleaning this up I'd be ever so grateful, or should it be printed as is. Current resolution is 72 ppi

My scanner is broke, I'll ask daughter to get it scanned at her work.

Cleaned up a little, but you'll need a higher res scan if you want to print it out.

Just to clarify from what's been said above - the resolution is irrelevant, what matters are the pixel dimensions of width x height, and thus the file size.
