Can anyone recommend me a good bag?

Yes
I currently have a Lowepro Micro Trekker 200, it's great if I'm out and about, but doesn't hold all my kit now.

I'm looking for a shoulder bag that will take my 40D, 350D, Sigma 17-70mm, Tamron 70-300mm, nifty fifty, 18-55mm kit lens, speedlite 430ex, as well as various filters, chargers etc

Thanks for the replies

Markta, that looks like a cracking bag, but I'm not really after another rucksack.

Janice, I like the look of the pro12, that could be the one.

I've got a Domke F1x (little bit bigger) which will take all that and more!

I can get all my current kit in mine, including ringflash, 100-400L 70-200L f4 IS 17-40L 12-24 Sigma, 50mm f1.8, 100mm Macro, Ext tubes, 5D and 30D, 580EX II filters, batteries, Spare Cards and still has more room! But you don't want to carry it too far!

I have a Lowepro slingshot 200AW and it is great - only gripe is that there is nowhere to attach a tripod.

It's a bit daft to ask this question, because most people will give a different recommendation, which could make your choice even more difficult.

For what it's worth, I use a Lowepro stealth reporter (AW 500), which will carry 2 pro bodies, half a dozen lenses, and more! I pack a top loader in as well - very useful, as you can carry your camera anonymously, and safely around your neck, and it's easy to get at.

i have a tamrac exped 7 (i think) and it's pretty decent.

I gave my Tamrac back after it was replaced twice because it fell apart.

I would recommend Lowepro now. I had a rucksack and slid doewn the road off the motorcycle - the bag got a bit torn. The gear was fine inside. They replaced the rucksack and have it on a mannequin at shows now, together with my riding gear (the least I could do after they swapped the rucksack for a new one!) The replacement hasn't got a mark on it, 5 years down the line.

Take a look at the Nova AW series too. All the Lowepro bags have excellent design features.
