Does anyone know the best way to get in touch with them?

I sent them an email at sales@cameraworld.co.uk 6 days ago now, and although taking into account the long bank holiday, that's still quite a few days that have elapsed. Anyone have any past experiences that would help me best get in touch?

Mostly just a preference to use email, and to have a written record.
