I am not impressed with them... Decided to buy myself a second filter as I was very happy the one a nice guy sent me... Anyway I decided to buy one off cameraking and it arrived with loads of tiny scrathes on it :(

Anyone else had any problems with them??
 
I have not bought anything from them but when I was looking at buying my uv filters they came up on amazon with a good price but reading reviews about the company on another forum put me off buying from them.

I therefore paid a bit extra and got them directly from amazon.
 
I bought a 70-200 f/2.8 from them with no problems. Disappointing that they sold you a scratched filter, give 'em hell till they give you a replacement/refund!

Did they refuse to change it ?
 
A couple of weeks ago I ordered a 77mm Hoya HD Circular Polariser off them, the day after the order it went to "Dispatching Soon".

"Dispatching Soon" was a blatant lie, as I was still waiting for them to dispatch it yesterday, which was about 10 days after ordering - they then decided after keeping me waiting so long that they didn't have stock and cancelled my order.

Not happy at all, and probably won't even consider them in the future for anything.
 
Bought a lens from them through amazon which had loads of dust and it front focused with my then 40D. They took it back and I only had a refund after a month. They also promised to return my postage price but it never happened.
 
I bought it through Amazon too. They replied to my email and I have sent it back and asked for a replacement. Fingers crossed its straight forward.

Ditto. Though it was about four years ago.

I was looking at their web site the other day and they seem to have completely ignored the CSC market.
 
Well I am waiting for an email today to tell me if they have recieved the dodgy filter I sent back and if they will replace it... fingers crossed!!

Amazon have said they will accept liability if they don't sort it :)

I really don't like dealing with a company that doesn't have a phone number!! Even Amazon have their dodgy number :(

Thank for ** help, but they aint the company... this Camera kind has a different address in Middlesex!!
 
Yay I think they are shipping a replacement as I have just had a shipping email off Amazon... just a shame it wont be here in time for the meet on Sat. :)
 
Bought an Optech Harness from them a few weeks back via Amazon, faultless service and would be happy to use them again
 
i`m looking at buying a circular polarizing filter and looked at them via amazon but after reading reviews on them have decided to buy it elsewhere , i`d rather spend abit more and have peace of mind
 
I've bought several filters from them at different times via Amazon. Always been the best prices and have always arrived quickly with no problems.
