There was a big thread about them earlier in the year (I cant find it ) re cloned cards nothing could be proved but it seemed rather a coincidence. I know they stopped doing Maestro card payment though . Any way I have used them a couple of times camera and lenses and goods have been ok and I paid via paypal some lens are white boxed. My goods turned up on time so I cant complain. If you use Pay Pal then your payment should be safe.

i used them, said they had stock in, then they didnt, then it was due tomorrow, then it didnt arrive, then 3 weeks after my order they said they actually had stock, after 4 weeks i got my camera... sorry... i wouldn't recommend them...

Used them a couple of times. Both orders delivered quickly. Both times my credit card was misused within hours of placing an order.

Used them to buy a 430 EX II and Charger. Was meant to be a Uniross charger but they sent me an Ansmann one. Their excuse was Uniross had gone into liquidation... !!!
Still, the Ansmann one has been fine.
I then bought a Canon 10-22mm from them and depite my account saying it had been dispatched, when I called up to see where it was, they said it hadn't been dispatched. After threatening them with cancellation, the lens miraculously turned up the next day.
My account still said it hadn't been dispatched. Must admit, I was hoping a second one would turn up
I would use them with caution.

i have to be honest, im sure if you ask anywhere there will be two sides to the story...
My card was cloned for a substantial amount after buying a filter from Camerabox. I cannot absolutely link it to the purchase but at the time there were many postings here about similar experiences.
You use them at your own risk.

Goods were late, (although were ok when they actually arrived), they are very hard to talk to, and for the only time ever, my card was mis-used a couple of days after I ordered from them.
