I hope anybody that has placed an order did so on their credit card.
 
I've only ever read bad reports/experiences regarding this company ever since I started getting in to photography about a year back. But as Graham says, the guys with their 5 year warranty may have issues, what can be done in this situation?!
 
Oh lord, a friend of mine just dodged a bullet then.
 
.......and there goes your '5 year warranty' if you've already bought from them.

Oh well at least I had 2 years of it with no worries.... :thinking: Just hope the next 3 go just as well :lol:

If it's a third party warranty you'd be okay, but if it's their own then basically it's gone.
 
Didn't they almost go up the swanee in 2009 as well?
 
I thought they had stopped trading a good few years ago. Well known in the past not to make any purchases from them, but those new to photography wouldn't have been aware of previous problems with this company.

I placed an order with them for a lens on the 14/6 and recieved the cancellation of my order, thankfully i did pay with the credit card but still a real pain.
 
i had loads of problems with them. after ordering a flash in feb of this year. eventually cancelled order after getting trading standards involved and refunded on same day.
 
It's more than a warning now
